form. If you are having trouble placing your order online,

The product prices appear to be higher than I expected.
How do I get the employee discount?
When you add a product to your shopping cart by clicking
on the base price or "buy" button, we will apply
the appropriate discount. If you change your mind after seeing
the discounted price, you can easily remove the item from
your shopping cart. The discount percentage you receive is
outlined in the Terms
& Conditions.

Are there limits to how much I may purchase?
Yes. You may always check the TMaG Company Store home
page to see your remaining purchasing limit in the current
calendar year. This purchasing limit excludes shipping and
handling and taxes. If you feel this number is incorrect,
please contact us. For more information
about purchase limits, please see the Terms
& Conditions.

I can't find a specific product on your website.
Please thoroughly search the online store in the likely product
categories. If you still can't find what you're
looking for, please contact us
and select the "looking for product" subject from
the drop-down menu. We'll let you know where to find
the product on the site, or let you know when it may be available.
Please note that the TMaG Company Store does not stock all
products that may be available, especially adidas Golf footwear
and apparel. Also, products specifically made for other markets
(like the XR-05 Cti driver) are may not be available for purchase.

A product I want to buy is listed as "OUT."
What does that mean?
"OUT" means that the product in question is out
of stock and not available to order at the current time. Product
availability is occasionally limited, especially for newly
released products. Please check back a few days later to try
again.

I ordered the wrong size. Can I return items?
Custom clubs may not be returned. Other unused items you
purchased may be returned, but a restocking fee may apply.

You must enable your Internet browser to accept our website's
cookies and JavaScript code, or the website may not function
properly. You might also try using the Internet Explorer web
browser (preferably version 6.X) if you are using a different
